The secondary message that’s not always talked about is clear. In the homiy, Fr. Spoke of the significance of the gifts in our life from a radically different dimension from what we are used to. We are all born kings, priests and prophets even before this is claimed at baptism in its original and pure firm by Christ’s salvific power.
It is the manifestation of these gifts in our lives that is however important. Do we allow the gold in us to shine and to what extent do we crosscheck it’s shine by the divine essence of the frankincense in us. Do we allow the divine to be seen in us, if we are faced with the suffering of myrrh or even with the greatness and gladness of gold?
Let’s work on it people, because we have all of it in us!
